Introduction
Literally Aikido means the way to come to harmony with Ki (気).
What Ki means can best be described as attentive life force: you learn that your stability and relaxed strength increase through attention.
In Ki-Aikido it is about its meaning for daily life. You will learn peaceful yet effective defense techniques. So not to put someone in hospital, with all the consequences that entails, including for yourself; but to deal with daily tensions, conflicts or to be alert to dangers. Central is dynamic movement in harmony with yourself and others.
